| Overview: | Sun Gate Terrace uses multi-cultural art motifs in a mixed-use residential and retail development. Sun Gate is based upon an innovative community participation process, developed by architect Michael Pyatok. The design is based upon historic California architectural motifs, while providing secure space and retail uses at the pedestrian level. Hismen Hin-nu provides varying unit configurations to accomodate the cultural diversity of its residents. |
