Sherman S. Rogers (1830-1900) was a prominent Buffalo lawyer. Rogers served on the Constitutional Commission of 1872-73, was a member of the New York State Senate in 1875-76, and unsuccessfully ran for Lieutenant Governor of New York in 1876.
